RECARGAR LA BATERIA

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Caution
When using the battery, the following basic safety precautions should be observed for protection against electric shock, danger of injury and burns.
Please read and observe these instructions before using the product.
• The battery must be used on the device model specified by the manufacturer. Using the battery on an inapplicable/incompatible device may result in equipment failure or even fire.
• The battery must not be damp, neither should it be used in a damp environment.
• Before inserting the battery pack, make sure the device's start switch is in the off position.
• Do not use the battery if it has suffered any heavy shock or jolting, or is damaged in any other way.
• Always remove the battery pack from the device when reassembling or cleaning the battery.
• Keep the battery interface away from metallic objects to avoid a short circuit that can cause a fire or explosion! such as coin, key, screw or other metallic objects.
• Do not rivet or screw any name-plates or signs onto the battery, which may damage the internal structure of the battery or even cause the battery to leak. Adhesive labels are recommended.
Never disassemble the battery yourself if you are not an electrical engineer. Danger of an electric shock or fire could be caused by improper reassembly.
In some extreme cases, the battery may leak, the liquid ejected from the battery may cause irritation or burns, don't contact the liquid. If accidental contact occurs, rinse with water; if the liquid comes into contact with the eyes, seek medical help.
CHARGING THE BATTERY PACK
• Please use the correct charger for charging.
• Mains voltage must correspond with the voltage specifications on the device.
• Please fully charge the battery before using the battery for the first time.
• Due to the heat generated during charging, the battery charger should not be operated on a combustible surface/in an inflammable environment.
• Do not cover the ventilating slits.
• Pull the plug of the battery charger out of the socket when it is not in use or when cleaning it.
• During operation provide sufficient ventilation.
• Malfunction during charging can be caused by storing and operating in places where the temperature exceeds +40°C; this should be avoided. Battery charging in closed cupboards, near heat sources (radiators, bright sunshine) etc. causes heat to accumulate and can damage the device.
• If you wish to charge two battery packs, please allow the charger to cool down for at least 15 minutes.
• Sometimes the charging lamp will not come on after you insert a battery that just-operated. Let the battery cool off for a while. Then re-insert it and try to charge it once more.
• Don't charge the Li-ion battery with a Ni-Cd/Ni-Mh charger unless it is advertised on the nameplate or in the user manual.
CLEANING AND CARE
• If the battery is not going to be used for a longer period, pull the battery off the device.
• Store it in a clean, dry, cool place, away from heat and metal objects.
• The battery will discharge itself during storage, charge the battery before used.
Carry out the following once a week, or more often if the battery is used more frequently:
• Keep the contacts clean.
• Make sure there are no metal objects between the contacts.
